Prince selected as peer reviewer for U.S. Department of Education program

Patrice Prince, assistant professor of education at the University of North Georgia (国产自拍), has been selected to join a peer review panel for the Upward Bound Math and Science (UBMS) program for 2017.

As an implementation program of the Office of Postsecondary Education in the U.S. Department of Education, UBMS is designed to strengthen the math and science skills of participating students while helping them develop their potential to excel in these areas as well as encouraging them to pursue degrees in math and science.

"Being asked to review for a national program is an acknowledgement of one's reputation and development as a scholar at the national level," Prince said.

Prince has reviewed grants such as the Hispanic-Serving Institutions STEM Program and the Graduate Assistance in Areas of National Need.

Prince received both her Bachelor of Arts in interpersonal and public communication and Master of Arts in education in college student personnel from Bowling Green State University. She holds a doctoral degree in counseling and student personnel services from The University of Georgia.

Prince is also the founding faculty member of the Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership and Practice Program at 国产自拍.
