Overview
Dr. He joined the Department of Political Science & International Affairs in 2024. Prior to arriving at 国产自拍, she completed her Ph.D. at Florida State University. Her areas of research focus on using novel methods and big data to deal with tangible policy issues such as risk management and gender equality. She has taught a variety of introductory and upper-level undergraduate Public Administration courses prior to coming to 国产自拍.
