The Core IMPACTS Your Path to a Degree

All University of North Georgia students participate in a general education curriculum that explores and provides knowledge in various disciplines, including humanities and language, written communication, social sciences, mathematics, and technology and science. Core impacts is a foundation to grow your academic, personal, and professional skills, and provides you with knowledge critical to your success after graduation!

Core impacts is designed to introduce essential skills that will broaden your perspectives and enhance the career competencies that employers actively seek in graduates, giving you a competitive edge in the job market. Career competencies for each Core impacts requirement are determined by the 国产自拍 (USG).

At 国产自拍, all undergraduate students will complete 42 credit hours of Core IMPACTS courses and 18 credit hours of Field of Study courses in a variety of subjects that cater to your interests while preparing you to be leaders in a global society. Explore each Core impacts requirement, including the orienting question, learning outcomes, and career ready competencies in the slideshow below!
