Ethics Training
The University of North Georgia is committed to the highest ethical and professional standards of conduct in pursuit of its mission to create a more educated Georgia.
In order to ensure that all employees of the 国产自拍 (USG) are cognizant of and adhering to their obligations with respect to the USG Ethics Policy, to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, and to ensure appropriate hiring standards are met, certain criteria for employment have been designated by the Board of Regents. These conditions of employment include successful completion of a background investigation, completion of the State Security Questionnaire, state of Georgia Loyalty Oath, successful completion of initial and ongoing training and certification as required by Board Policy on Ethics Training and certification, federal and state withholding tax forms and applicable retirement forms.
All actively employed USG Employees are expected to complete the USG training and certification within 90 days of their initial day of employment as a condition of employment. This policy also covers student employees of the USG. The USG may require periodic “refresher” ethics training and related certification courses.
The training and certification is made available through the Percipio eLearning system. Within 30 days of your employment, your 国产自拍 network credentials will be enrolled in Percipio, and you will have access to this training.
- Log into through using your network credentials for the Single Sign-On Portal, and your 2-factor authentication as set up for OneUSG. Student Workers should use their Student Worker network credentials not their Student credentials.
- Launch the Ethics Training (USG) course under Featured Content on your homepage, or under your assigned Learning Plan along the top menu bar.
- You will be required to watch the Ethics Policy video, complete a quiz, and complete a compliance agreement. Notice of completion will be sent to HR.
Please allot 30-35 minutes for this training module. If you do not have access to a computer with sound capability or speakers, please notify your supervisor.
Please contact Human Resources if you require an accommodation to complete any of these trainings. Further questions regarding these requirements may be referred to the Training/Development Specialist at 678-717-3782.
If you have problems logging into Percipio or the Ethics Course is not listed in your Learning Plan, please contact Michael McLeod – michael.mcleod@ung.edu.
