2025 Book Pitching Event

Are you ready to take your book query to the next level? The University of North Georgia Press (国产自拍 Press) is thrilled to host its second annual Book Pitching Event at the 2025 on Saturday, March 1 at the Dahlonega Baptist Church. This is your chance to receive personalized, professional feedback on your book pitch directly from publishing experts!

Opportunity for Aspiring Authors to Present
Aspiring authors are invited to submit query materials for the opportunity to present their manuscripts in person to 国产自拍 Press staff. Selected participants will receive constructive feedback, helping them refine their pitches and strengthen their submissions for potential publishers. This one-of-a-kind experience offers insider tips and guidance that can give your work the edge it needs to stand out with publishers and acquisitions editors.
To be considered for an in person pitching slot, authors must email the Press by Monday, February 17 with the subject line “2025 Dahlonega Literary Festival Pitch Submission.” Submissions must include:
First and last name
Book query title
One-page query letter (Word Document)
150-word author bio (Word Document)
One-to-two page book synopsis (Word Document)
Selected authors will receive additional event details with their acceptance notification. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to grow as an author and connect with publishing professionals.
